The Crua Cocoon Maxx insulated tent’s patented TT insulation blocks out bright light, provides welcome soundproofing against intrusive noises, and regulates the tent’s interior temperature. Originally designed to be used in conjunction with the Crua Duo Maxx – the two go together like peas in a pod – the Crua Cocoon Maxx transforms any hiking tent spacious enough to accommodate it, into an insulated tent able to withstand the four seasons.
The Crua Cocoon Maxx falls under our modular tent series. Deploy as is or combine with the Crua Duo Maxx Lightweight 3-Person Hiking Tent to create the Crua Combo Maxx.

Hands down the highest quality tent on the market! Last year, I blew through two (expensive) tents , and after testing out my new Crua… I know that I will not have this problem again. The tent performed exactly how it was advertised. It was incredibly warm during the night when temps dropped below 30 degrees, and it managed to provide a cool, shady space during the heat of the afternoon. Also…I loved being able to actually sleep in with the insulated blackout design! These guys are the greatest and their service was impeccable. 5 Stars All Day!

We camp in a wild, pristine, and extreme weather location. You need a good 4×4 vehicle just to get there. We would not consider doing this without our Crua tents.

We got this as part of the set and it was the perfect addition to a great idea. Kept the sunlight out as well as insulation us from the cold outside. Not waterproof but can be used on its own in dryer climates.

I had my eye on the Crua Cocoon for a while but it was too small for what I needed.
Finally! They made a larger version that me and my girlfriend can now comfortably take camping and have loads of room for all our gear as well.
